This month at E&A Probend we have had quite a few mounted truck toolbox projects in production. We can customise our toolboxes to any shape or design so suit our clients truck specifications.

We are continually striving to deliver the highest quality workmanship & provide Melbourne with the best sheet metal manufacturing. The major differentiation between our toolboxes and that of other suppliers is that during production we ensure that the main body of the toolbox is separated from the door. This means that if there is any damage to the door, it can easily be replaced or removed temporarily for repairs without having to replace the entire unit.

Security and durability

Security is a priority for us when considering any project that houses valuables, particularly service bodies & truck toolboxes that may be sitting in exposed areas. Therefor we source and use top quality hardware. Our locking systems and hinges are heavy duty, whether & water resistance and made to last. We use a T-lock system that is made from polished stainless steel & is mounted to a flush fit. We also incorporate extra folds into our doors for added strength and stability and our toolboxes are cut out of 1.6mm mild steel.

Primed and powder coated

At E&A Probend, all our toolboxes are primed with a hard wearing, durable primer that provides superior anti-corrosive rust protection to various kinds of metal surfaces including mild steel. This process is completed before any powder coating commences to ensure longevity and durability. Once this is done, toolboxes are powder coated, assembled & mounted ready for our clients.
